This evening we have been taking about the experiences of young men and what it’s like to be a young man. Some of the discussion was fascinating and so insightful. Thank you for taking the time to share your views with us tonight. In response to this we will continue to be a safe place where young people are listened to. We will strive to recruit a male worker and/or male volunteers and to challenge behaviour or language that makes young men feel unheard and unsafe. We will promote trust, empathy and consideration as well as continuing to learn how we can be the best youth workers for these young people.
