Photo Permission – Short film for funders

Thank you for taking part in making our short films to capture various parts of our work. We are working with The Violence and Vulnerability Unit, alongside other youth groups to create short films, which will be used to share young people’s views as well as those of our youth workers. We will explore topics such as what we do, why we do it and what the impacts are. These films will be shown to those who have supported us with funding, such as the Essex Council for Voluntary Youth Services and The Violence and Vulnerability Unit, as well as to future potential funders, stakeholders and decision makers in order to promote the importance of supporting youth work within Chelmsford. We will also share the films online to promote our work.

If you are aged 16 or over and are happy to be included in the films and photos, please complete the form below. If you are under 16 this must be completed by an adult with parental responsibility. If you do not consent, you will not be included in any part of the film. If you do consent, you will be invited to but can still say no on the day.

If you give consent and take part, then change your mind, we will take all reasonable steps to remove your contribution. This will only be possible before final editing has been completed.
