We recently went to Wales with other youth groups, to celebrate EBGC’s 80th Birthday. We were part of planting over 400 trees, hedges and a willow grove, that will grow into a substantial area of woodland, benefiting the environment as well as adding to the beautiful scenery! As well as spending the weekend on the other side of the country, our young people took part in caving, cannoning and mountain walking. This weekend provide opportunity to develop confidence, independence and to contribution to something positive that will be there for many years. Our young people overcame challenges, spent time reflecting on self and made new friends! They have had so much fun they are already planning their return!! Thank you for a fantastic weekend!!
