It was a great pleasure to welcome the Mayor of Chelmsford, Yvonne Spence, accompanied by her consort John Spence to NAYC on Saturday 11th May to formally open the new garden. This development would not have been possible without the support of the council and we are incredibly grateful to now have an outside space young people can enjoy.
